Summer Place Senior Housing in Stamford, CT was recognized by the Connecticut Building Congress with a Merit Award for exemplifying team excellence and best practices in teamwork by project owners, architects, engineers, constructors and trades.
The CBC/Drum Roll sponsors selected the project submitted by Kenneth Boroson Architects from the Senior Living (Large) category.
The structural engineering design team for this five-story, 37,625 sq. ft. complex with a 6,500 sq. ft. roof-top deck was led by RZ Design Associates, Inc.’s Bruce Perrone, P.E., Vice President and Structural Engineer.
